Information you choose to share
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional business or brand name, the type of service you are interested in, and your message. If you select an industry on the site, that selection may also be included in the draft. The form assembles this information in your browser; submitting the form does not send it to YAZ Agency or store it in a YAZ Agency database.
If you choose “Continue on WhatsApp”, the site opens a WhatsApp link containing your prepared message. That action makes the draft available to WhatsApp/Meta through the link. We receive your enquiry only if you then send it in WhatsApp. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential material in an initial enquiry.
If you contact us directly by email, WhatsApp, or another channel, we receive the information you choose to send and may keep our correspondence and project records.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting service may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and access times, to deliver the site, maintain security, and diagnose problems. We may receive or review this information when necessary to operate the website.
How we use information
We use enquiry and correspondence details to respond, understand your needs, discuss a potential project, provide requested services, keep appropriate business records, and protect the site. Where applicable, these activities are based on our legitimate business interests, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, or legal obligations. We do not currently use this site to enroll visitors in a newsletter or create website accounts.

If you open or send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp/Meta processes information under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

YAZ Agency operates internationally. Your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Where a transfer safeguard is legally required, we will use an appropriate mechanism for the transfer.
How long we keep it
The browser-generated enquiry draft lasts only while it remains in your browser session or WhatsApp handoff. We keep messages you actually send for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship or project, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Hosting and security logs are kept according to operational and provider retention settings. We review information and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to send an enquiry and can contact us without using WhatsApp by emailing legal@yaz.agency. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent applies. To make a request, email us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. You may also have a right to complain to your local privacy regulator.
Security and changes
We use reasonable measures to protect information we handle, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when the site, our tools, or legal requirements change. We will post the new version and update the date shown above; material changes will receive additional notice where required.
